1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Attractiverange ("we," "our," or "us"), a tailoring and garment repair studio operating in USA.
2. Service Description
We provide custom tailoring, garment repair, alterations, and textile consultation services. Services are provided on a consultation basis with individual assessment of each project.
3. Service Agreement
Service agreements are established through consultation and discussion of project requirements. Work begins after agreement on scope, timeline, and terms. Verbal or written confirmation constitutes acceptance of service terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is determined based on project scope, materials, and complexity. Prices are discussed during consultation and confirmed before work begins. Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project.
5. Materials and Fabrics
Clients may provide their own materials or purchase materials through the atelier. Material costs are separate from labor costs and are discussed during consultation. We are not responsible for defects in client-provided materials.
6. Work Timeline
Project timelines are estimated during consultation and may vary based on complexity, material availability, and fitting requirements. We provide timeline estimates but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
7. Fitting and Adjustments
Custom garments include fitting sessions to assess fit and make adjustments. Additional fittings may be required. Final adjustments are made based on fitting assessment.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate measurements and information
- Attending scheduled fitting appointments
- Communicating requirements and preferences clearly
- Providing materials as agreed or arranging material purchase
- Collecting completed work within reasonable timeframes
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Damage to client-provided materials beyond our control
- Delays due to material unavailability or client unavailability
- Changes in client requirements after work has begun
- Wear and tear or damage occurring after work completion
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies are discussed during consultation. For detailed information, please see our Return Policy. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to agreed terms.
11. Intellectual Property
Patterns, designs, and technical methods developed by the atelier remain our intellectual property. Clients receive finished garments but not pattern rights or construction methods.
12. Quality Standards
We maintain professional standards in construction, materials, and finishing. Work is inspected before completion. Clients may inspect completed work before final acceptance.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings under California law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of California.

16.1 Warranty Period
Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by others.
17. Intellectual Property Rights
All patterns, designs, and technical methods developed by our atelier remain our intellectual property. Clients receive finished garments but do not acquire rights to patterns, construction methods, or design elements.
18. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
